<p>Effective business management in modern conditions requires careful development and implementation of solutions that allow it to change according to market demands and competitive conditions, but also the wishes of the main stakeholders. This article is devoted to the consideration of the possibility of using a comprehensive (integrated) business analysis based on a balanced scorecard, which leads to further improvement of information support for strategic management of the company, aimed at ensuring its long-term effective development. The methodological basis of the study were the concepts of business analysis and a balanced scorecard. It is shown that a comprehensive business analysis based on a balanced scorecard involves comparison with the target value, identifying the causes of deviations and forecasting the strategic rating of the company. It includes a comprehensive analysis of financial efficiency, efficiency of work with clients, efficiency of internal business processes, efficiency of training and development of the company's balanced system. Comprehensive business analysis based on a balanced scorecard begins with an analysis of the indicators of training and development of the company's personnel and ends with forecasting its strategic rating. The results of a comprehensive business analysis based on a balanced scorecard can be used in developing various management decisions to ensure a sufficient degree of efficiency of the company’s activities in the interests of key stakeholders.</p>
