<p>The implementation of circular supply chains faces complex, multidimensional, and interdependent barriers between actors and across industrial sectors. This study aims to systematically examine how the multi-criteria decision-making approach is used to identify, map, and prioritize barriers and the selection of circular supply chain implementation strategies. This study uses a systematic literature review method combined with bibliometric analysis. A total of 46 articles published between 2015 and 2025 were analyzed through a systematic screening process, classification of methods, application sectors, and types of problem-solving solutions. The results show that the analysis of circular supply chain barriers is dominated by structural and causal approaches, mainly through interpretive structural modeling and decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory methods. Weighting methods such as the best-worst method and analytic hierarchy process were widely used to determine barrier priorities.</p>
