Analysing Strategic Logistics Functions and Their Implications in Diverse Categories of Circular Economy Ecosystems
摘要
This study seeks to investigate the strategic roles of logistics and their implications in the various circular economy ecosystems (CEE) categories, using the systematic literature review approach and industry experiences. This study offers a broader perspective of the operations of CEE types. Furthermore, it provides the strategic logistics roles and their implications on the operations and performance of various CEE categories. Finally, an extensive model is provided to aid scholars and practitioners: (1) understand the operations in the various CEE categories, and (2) comprehend the strategic roles of logistics in each CEE category and their effects on supply chain and CEE (collaborative) performance. This study offers a more profound comprehension of the strategic logistics roles in specific CEE categories. The study’s model helps to understand different configurations for logistics providers in varied CEE types, supporting better design or management of CEE operations.
