Circular Economy and Sustainability: Innovation and Finance Perspective
摘要
A circular economy encourages organizational, social, and technical innovation throughout and within chains of values, going beyond merely reducing and eliminating waste. A circular economy seeks to maximize the use of valuable resources rather than just avoiding waste; by design, it is restorative and regenerative. It is a never-ending cycle of development that preserves and enhances natural capital, optimizes resource returns, and lowers system risks by managing the limited supply and flows of renewable resources. Opportunities to produce value include new business models, process improvements, and design principles (reuse, remanufacture, etc.). In addition to providing information on various industry trends, the current report offers an analytical plan for a more effective circular economy. This study examines the possible pressures and effects of implementing the ideas of the circular economy in financial policy and company frameworks. It also analyzes how circular economy strategies can be effective in promoting financial innovation and sustainable change in business. The study seeks to illustrate these concepts through the use of diagrams, providing visual representations of the relationships between innovation, finance, and sustainability within the context of the circular economy. The paper takes a conceptual-analytical format because it summarizes academic and industrial literature to create a unique framework of correlating innovation and finance in transitions of the circular economy. The diagrams shown are conceptual models, which are original conceptual models based on this synthesis.
