<p>The inability of Industry 4.0 to respond to the challenges and socio-environmental complexities and the necessity of transitioning to Industry 5.0 to achieve an alternative and adaptive supply chain highlight the importance of leadership to guide this transformation. Competent leadership is required for the success of any change. Therefore, our main goal in this paper is to identify and present a model of leadership styles aligned with the sustainability and circular economy capabilities of 5.0 in the transformation of the commercial supply chain using the meta-synthesis method. In addition, the research population is theoretically the articles in this field, of which 70 related articles were studied as a sample. The findings provide a comprehensive model that shows the leadership styles of 5.0 with innovative, technological and digital, knowledge-based, adaptive, social/employee-centered, transformational, systemic and ethical approaches and its drivers that, in align with the capabilities of Business Supply Chain 5.0 ( sustainability and circular economy) lead to the transformation of the commercial supply chain in 5 dimensions. These findings provide valuable insights to industry leaders so that they can move forward on the path of supply chain transformation with greater visibility and more precise action guidance by acquiring driving competencies and adopting leadership approaches based on 5.0 capabilities (sustainability and circular economy).</p>
