Post-COVID digital resilience: examining the interplay of remote-work productivity and digital self-efficacy
摘要
This research examines the antecedents of employees’ digital resilience in the post-COVID era. Building on a capability-development perspective, it explores how perceived remote-work productivity and digital self-efficacy contribute to the development of post-COVID digital resilience. The study also investigates the factors that influence employees’ perceived remote-work productivity, namely adaptability and perceived organizational support. Data were collected via a survey questionnaire and analyzed using SEM-PLS. The findings highlight the significant role of perceived remote-work productivity and digital self-efficacy in fostering digital resilience. Results also show that adaptability and perceived organizational support are important predictors of perceived remote-work productivity, supporting the view that digital resilience emerges through the interaction of organizational, behavioral, and cognitive factors.
