摘要

This empirical study examines, in the context of the Indian software sector, the complex relationship between workplace innovation and occupational safety and health (OSH). With a focus on associations that have significant ramifications for organizational policies and procedures, this study attempts to assess the relationship between creative workplace tactics and employee well-being. Data were gathered from a representative sample of 1000 employees from IDrive using a cross-sectional survey design. The study evaluated OSH, workplace innovation, and any possible relationships between them. A variety of statistical techniques were used based on demographic characteristics and correlation coefficients. The results refute the widely held belief that innovative workplace practices may not have a substantial association with worker safety and health by showing a positive association between workplace innovation and OSH. This study contributes to the current works by challenging assumptions and introducing novel perspectives on the relationship between workplace innovation and employee well-being. The nuanced findings emphasize the need for a balanced approach that integrates innovative practices with a commitment to occupational safety, mental health, and overall employee satisfaction.
