A novel technique to select the best NGO in Ganga pollution control under triangular quadripartitioned neutrosophic arena
摘要
The paper develops two new aggregation operators, namely Triangular fuzzy Quardripartitioned Neutrosophic weighted Arithmetic aggregation (TFQNWAA) operator and Triangular fuzzy Quardripartitioned Neutrosophic weighted geometric aggregation (TFQNWGA) Operator in the triangular fuzzy Quardripartitioned Neutrosophic number environment. Unlike existing aggregation approaches developed within single-valued, q-rung, or triangular fuzzy neutrosophic frameworks, the proposed operators are formulated in a Quadripartitioned structure that enables simultaneous modelling of truth, indeterminacy, falsity, and abstention degrees using triangular fuzzification. Ganga water pollution control is an important national issue in India, and the selection of NGOs is crucial to resolving the issue to a large extent. The task of selecting the best NGO as the best alternative is very difficult as we need to deal with several contradictory criteria in an uncertain Environment. Fundamental algebraic properties of the operators are established, and Suitable score and Accuracy functions have been defined for ranking of alternatives. To illustrate the applicability of the proposed framework, a multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) model is developed to select non-governmental organizations (NGOs) involved in Ganga pollution control in India. A comparative analysis with existing MCDM methods is conducted to examine the ranking consistency of the alternatives. The results indicate that the proposed operators provide a structured and flexible mechanism for handling multi-dimensional uncertainty in environmental decision-making contexts.
