<p>The purpose of this research is to identify the livelihood challenges faced by Kerala’s Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Groups (PVTG) s during the post-covid situation. The Covid-19 has had an impact on the socio-economic well-being of Kerala’s PVTG’s. Because PVTGs rely on the forest and forest products for a living, collecting and selling forest products is regarded as their primary source of income. Any disruptions in the collection and sale of forest produce have an impact on their livelihood. The COVID-19 and post-covid health issues had a significant impact on the collection and sales of Non-Timber Forest Produce (NTFP). This study seeks to comprehend the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the collection and sales of NTFP. The Kattunaikars and Kurumba tribes of Muthanga Forest area, Wynand (Kattunaikans Tribal location) &amp; Attappady, and Aanavay forest area, of Palakkad District(Kurumba tribal location) participated in the study. For this study, a semi-structured interview schedule was used. 40 PVTGs were interviewed. Thematic analysis is used in this study. Also to understand the relevance of the issues we have also given a rank order based on the participants’ responses to the issues.</p>
