<p>Implementing research into practice takes roughly 17 years. Implementation Science strategies can expedite this knowledge-translation. In 2020 we developed and tested a Dissemination and Implementation Science training for researchers and practitioners novice to Implementation Science methods to enhance dissemination and implementation of evidence-based practices. We revised and expanded this curriculum to include health equity and sustainability content for Designing for Dissemination, Implementation and Sustainability Learning Hub. The five-week Learning Hub featured four modules with asynchronous content and weekly virtual collaboratives for peer-to-peer learning. Education focused on Designing for Dissemination, Implementation, and Sustainability multicomponent implementation strategy bundle: (1) Multilevel partner engagement; (2) Pre-implementation assessment; (3) Implementation and adaptations; and (4) Program evaluation/sustainability. Three cohorts participated and received a satisfaction survey upon completion. Participants received an open-text survey on knowledge application three months later. Kirkpatrick Evaluation Framework guided evaluation. Survey 1 average response rates across cohorts were 58% (18/31) and 23% (7/31) for survey 2. Average satisfaction across cohorts was 4.9 on a 1–5 ascending Likert scale. Participants applied knowledge to grants, publications, and projects. Participants valued Playbook content and peer-to-peer learning. Learning collaborative attendance decreased with each cohort due to competing demands. The Learning Hub promotes learning health systems and increases training on disseminating, implementing, and sustaining evidence-based programs. The Learning Hub will be fully asynchronous to enhance conveniency and accessibility for novice Implementation Science learners. In this manuscript we describe our Learning Hub and modifications we made based upon participants’ feedback to refine it for larger scale dissemination.</p>
