摘要

An improved method for power control of power converters in AC/DC hybrid microgrids is presented in this paper. The control method is based on a combination of adaptive frequency shifting and adaptive virtual impedance to achieve three goals: (1) improve the accuracy of power division for power converters in AC/DC hybrid microgrids to eliminate the circulating current and noise current generated when the output impedance parameters of the power converters are inconsistent, where the reactive power division error of the proposed method is only from 0.25 to 0.5%; (2) maintain the voltage and frequency stability of the AC/DC hybrid microgrid within the allowable range, where the difference of the DC-bus voltage and rated DC voltage of the proposed method is 1 Vol, and the difference between the frequency and the rated frequency is 0.1 Hz; (3) restore the voltage and frequency of the AC/DC hybrid microgrid in the case of increased load or power disconnection in the AC and DC subgrids, where the proposed method has a difference between the DC-bus voltage and rated DC voltage is of − 2.1 Vol, and the difference of the frequency and rated frequency is − 0.4 Hz). A simulation model for the AC/DC hybrid microgrid is built on MATLAB/Simulink and an experimental setup is built in the laboratory. The results obtained from the simulation and experimental setup verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
