摘要

Periprosthetic fractures after knee arthroplasty are uncommon but increasingly relevant due to rising implantation rates and longer patient life expectancy. Fractures of the proximal tibia are particularly challenging because of the complex anatomy, limited soft-tissue coverage, and frequently compromised bone quality. The aim of this article is to summarize current classification systems, diagnostic strategies, and treatment options, and to provide practical, clinically applicable recommendations.
