<p>In this case report we present an amateur football player who sustained a&#xa0;haematoma-associated lesion of his ipsilateral peroneal nerve in addition to bony avulsion of the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) and a&#xa0;ruptured lateral collateral ligament during a&#xa0;match. Osseus ACL refixation provided such high stability that, in a subsequent accident, the patient ruptured the ACL interligamentarily rather than repeated bony avulsion. Due to a&#xa0;persisting peroneal lesion and high demand on mobility, tibialis posterior tendon transposition was performed, which proved to be a&#xa0;sufficient alternative to an orthosis with return-to-sport possibility in amateur sports.</p>

摘要

In this case report we present an amateur football player who sustained a haematoma-associated lesion of his ipsilateral peroneal nerve in addition to bony avulsion of the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) and a ruptured lateral collateral ligament during a match.
