<p>In an age when cyberattacks are growing more frequent and sophisticated, securing digital identities remains a critical challenge. A major problem is the persistent use of weak and predictable passwords, which are especially prevalent in regions such as India, as revealed by analyses of leaked password datasets showing low entropy and common patterns that increase vulnerability to attacks. To address this, our study analyzed extensive breached password data focusing on password strength, complexity, and usage trends, examining factors such as character variety, uppercase and lowercase letter usage, and numerical inclusion to assess overall entropy. To resolve these security weaknesses, we propose the Integrated Passphrase Generator (iPassGen), a novel tool that transforms user-generated everyday phrases into strong, high-entropy passphrases through cryptographic transformations and strategic character substitutions. Unlike existing solutions, iPassGen supports all Unicode Transformation Format 8 (UTF-8) encoded scripts, enabling users worldwide to create secure passphrases in their native languages. Additionally, by encouraging the use of unusual characters and multilingual input, iPassGen significantly improves password strength while maintaining user-friendliness and memorability. This approach uniquely combines natural language inputs with cryptographic techniques to enhance both security and usability, offering a practical and scalable solution to improve password hygiene and bolster cybersecurity resilience for users and organizations alike.</p>
