Fuzzifier Point Estimation Using the Genetic Algorithm to Improve Image Watermarking
摘要
It is straightforward to steal information without having the proper framework in place to keep it secure. One of the most critical challenges to prevent theft is watermarking images. Watermarking operations should be done so that it has the necessary resistance against all kinds of attacks. One of the essential watermarking methods is the use of discrete wavelet transform. However, the watermark inserted in the lower band is visible, and the watermark inserted in the upper band is not resistant to attacks. The proposed method includes fuzzy logic with a triangular Fuzzifier. In the proposed method, the genetic algorithm selects the optimal point of the Fuzzifier. The fuzzy optimal pixels are selected for the insertion operation, and the watermark process is performed with the help of discrete wavelet transform. The experimental results show that the proposed method has high resistance against salt pepper, Gauss filter and cutting attacks. According to the NC criterion, the proposed method has obtained a better answer than other methods.
