Novel Governance Mode in Employment Systems: A Literature-Based Bibliographic Analysis
摘要
The purpose of this paper is to examine how different employment governance models influence organizational business and competitiveness through their effects on adaptability and efficiency. This study uses VOSviewer software to analyze 1,000 papers from the Web of Science Core Collection with an emphasis on the employment practices of businesses and organizations. A conceptual framework with four employment models—multigenerational, lifetime, contract, and outsourcing—was developed because of the bibliographic analysis. With a focus on outsourcing as a tactic to improve agility, lessen administrative duties, and capitalize on outside expertise, four employment models were evaluated based on their strategic value, flexibility, and dangers. The findings provide academics and policymakers with valuable information to inform hiring strategies that support workers’ resilience and firms’ expansion in a rapidly evolving labor market.
