<p><i>Pedicularis dhurensis</i> R.R. Mill (Orobanchaceae), has been reported for the first time in India from Tawang district, Arunachal Pradesh. <i>Pedicularis dhurensis</i> is morphologically allied to <i>Pedicularis kingii</i> Prain. but clear morphological differences can be traced on closer examination of the floral characters. Taxonomical description along with photo-plates&#xa0;and notes on phenology, distribution and habitat have been provided in this current communication to aid in easy identification of the species.</p>
