<p>Zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnO NPs), Manganese dioxide nanoparticle (MnO<sub>2</sub> NPs) and <i>Pseudomonas putida</i> was used alone and together for the management of bacterial leaf spot disease complex of turnip (<i>Brassica rapa</i> subsp. <i>rapa</i>) caused by <i>Meloidogyne incognita</i> and <i>Pseudomonas syringae</i> pv. <i>maculicola</i> (<i>Psm</i>). The application of either Zno NPs or MnO<sub>2</sub> NPs in combination with <i>P. putida</i> resulted in a greater plant growth, chlorophyll and carotenoid content compared to individual treatments. Inoculation of <i>M. incognita</i> /<i>Psm</i> /<i>M. incognita</i> plus <i>Psm</i> or spray of ZnO NPs <i>/</i> MnO<sub>2</sub> NPs or use of <i>P. putida /</i> ZnO NPs plus <i>P. putida</i> or MnO<sub>2</sub> NPs plus <i>P. putida</i> increase proline contents. Application of ZnO NPs, MnO<sub>2</sub> NPs and <i>P. putida</i> significantly reduce root galling, nematode population and disease severity. Greatest reduction in galling, nematode population and leaf spot disease index was observed when ZnO NPs was used with <i>P. putida.</i> A clear influence of Zno NPs spray with <i>P. putida</i> was also demonstrated in principal component analysis in various studied parameters.</p>
