An intelligent management system for hoisting, transporting, and erecting equipment in kiloton-level high-speed railway bridge construction
摘要
With the extensive application of 40-meter double-track box girders in high-speed railway construction, the intelligent upgrading of kiloton-level beam hoists, beam transporters, and launching gantries has become critical for improving construction efficiency and safety. This study addresses the limitations of existing equipment in synchronous control, navigation accuracy, human-machine interaction, and multi-equipment coordination. We propose an integrated intelligent management system that integrates Beidou RTK positioning, 3D LiDAR tunnel mapping, electro-hydraulic proportional control, multi-sensor fusion, and cloud platform management. This system enables the intelligent upgrading and collaborative operation of the MDEL1000 beam hoist, YLFS1000E beam transporter, and JQLS1000 launching gantry. Engineering applications in Section VIII of the Guangzhou-Zhanjiang Railway show significant improvements in automation, positioning accuracy (± 2.5 cm), and construction efficiency: the monthly girder erection capacity increased by 48%, manpower input was reduced by 50%, and tunnel transit efficiency was improved by 104%. This system provides a comprehensive technical solution for the intelligent construction of large-span high-speed railway bridges.
