摘要

Background

Pipeline systems are widely found in aircraft and power plants. The pipeline system is fixed to the airframe structure by support clamps, with high pressure and high speedy hydraulic oil fuel and other media flowing inside, and a variety of accessories connected to the outside.

Purpose

Due to the unique structural characteristics and functionality, the aircraft hydraulic pipeline system mainly withstands the pump source of pulsation, airframe structural vibration, the hydraulic system structure vibration of the three vibration sources. The mutual coupling of these vibration sources leads to a complex vibration response of the pipeline system, which ultimately induces the performance degradation of the pipeline system and the supporting structure or produces cracks and other failures. Therefore, the study of coupled vibration in aircraft pipeline systems is important to improve the functionality and reliability of pipeline systems.

Methods

This paper provides an overview and outlook on the current research status of five aspects of the fluid-solid coupling (FSC) dynamics modeling and vibration characteristics of aircraft hydraulic pipeline systems, vibration characteristics of multi-point excitation pipeline system, pipeline system optimization design technology, pipeline system multi-source excitation and fluid-solid coupling test technology.

Conclusions

The paper aims to provide theoretical modeling support and technical guidance for designing a complex hydraulic pipeline system and fluid-solid coupling vibration of the aircraft.
