Objective <p>To report a case of Ewing sarcoma of maxillary sinus and review of literature.</p> Case report <p>A 31-year-old female presented with the complain of left nasal blockage and intermittent epistaxis for the last 2 months. In January’24 She underwent biopsy which came our positive for Ewing Sarcoma. She presented to our hospital after getting her case discussed with multiple medical and radiological oncologists and otolaryngologist, where we wanted to opt a multi-disciplinary regime approach; chemotherapy followed by surgery. But our patient, despite of multiple visits and recommendations from medical oncologists for neoadjuvant chemotherapy, herself opted for upfront surgery followed by adjuvant chemo-radiation. </p> Conclusion <p>Ewing Sarcoma is rare to occur in paranasal sinuses. Multiple RCTs are required to have a proper guideline and management plan. Endoscopic approaches should be preferred rather than open techniques as it is more favorable is terms of post-operative morbidity and complications. Counselling of such patients must include long term follow up.</p>

Objective

To report a case of Ewing sarcoma of maxillary sinus and review of literature.

Case report
