<p>A field survey was conducted in different country bean growing areas of Bangladesh. The highest number of disease affected fields and a high disease incidence was recorded in the Bogura district (65–90%) and the lowest disease incidence was recorded in the Jessore district (10–15%). <i>Sclerotinia sclerotiorum</i> was isolated from diseased plant parts of the country bean, which produces sclerotia, in the culture medium. Sclerotia were observed to be round to irregular in shape, with widths varying from 2 to 8&#xa0;mm and lengths from 2 to 17&#xa0;mm. Three fungal viz. <i>Trichoderm harzianum</i>, <i>T. viride</i> and <i>T. virens</i>, and six bacterial viz. <i>Bacillus subtilis</i> B20, <i>B. subtilis</i> BVC38, <i>Pseudomonas</i> sp. (N), <i>Pseudomonas</i> sp. (S) and <i>B.</i> amyloliquefaciens antagonists were examined for their effectiveness in controlling <i>S. sclerotiorum in vitro.</i> The highest inhibition of mycelial growth of <i>S. sclerotiorum</i> was recorded with <i>Pseudomonas</i> sp. (S) at 92.42%, followed by <i>B. subtilis</i> BVC38, <i>Pseudomonas</i> sp. (N), at 90.67%, and 90.50%, respectively. Among the fungal bio-control agents, the highest mycelial growth inhibition was recorded from <i>T. harzianum</i>, followed by <i>T. viride</i> and <i>T. virens</i>, at 97.96, 95.33, and 92%, respectively. A field experiment was conducted in Doripara village, Bogura, using two Integrated Pest Management (IPM) packages and control (farmer practice). Marketable yield increased in both of the IPM package. White mold disease incidence reduced by 63.31% and 68.83% in IPM Package 1 and 2, respectively, with yield increases of 16.51% and 18.59% over the control. Both packages significantly enhanced the Benefit Cost Ratio (2.61), resulting in a 39.38–39.81% gain over farmer practices.</p>
