Research on Simplified Engineering Model and Parameter Sensitivity of Polycrystalline Silicon (AsGa) Photovoltaic Cells
摘要
The traditional mathematical model of photovoltaic (PV) cells has many parameters, strong nonlinearity, and difficulty in solving. In addition, the relationship between the output power and the environmental parameters and electrical characteristics is not clear. Based on the traditional single diode model, considering the left and downward shift characteristics of the I-U curve, a joint estimation algorithm of the series resistance Rs and the parallel resistance Rsh is proposed, and various influencing factors of PV cells are accurately calculated. The grey correlation analysis method is introduced to obtain the correlation value between each influencing factor and the maximum output power, and the effect of each influencing factor is quantitatively distinguished. The results show that the proposed model effectively reduces the difficulty of solving, improves the calculation accuracy, and clearly shows the influence of different factors on the maximum output power, providing strong support for the optimization design and related research of large-scale PV power generation systems.
