Inferential stochastic analysis of three unit bridge configuration system model with Lindley repair time distribution
摘要
The study examines the reliability behavior of a three-unit parallel-series bridge configuration system using both Classical and Bayesian approaches, incorporating various types of priors for the unknown parameters. The failure and repair times of the units are modeled using Exponential and Lindley distributions, respectively. Key reliability metrics—such as system reliability, mean time to system failure (MTSF), and steady-state availability are derived using the regenerative point technique. A numerical example is also presented to validate the proposed model.
