<p>Nowadays, towards sustainable development, relying on supply chain management concepts has a significant place, and many companies and small and large industries have used its salient features to gain their competitive advantage. Economic progress is dependent on gaining the satisfaction of the industry’s potential customers. In this regard, modeling a network that can meet customers’ needs and show high efficiency is of great importance. Emphasizing the above, this paper designs a sustainable model for the green logistics supply chain network to transfer manufactured goods to customers in an uncertain environment. Utilizing an actual case study in the furniture industry, the proposed network tries to optimize both the costs and also <InlineEquation ID="IEq1"> <EquationSource Format="TEX">\(\:{CO}_{2}\)</EquationSource> </InlineEquation> emission within a suggested closed-loops supply chain network for the furniture industry. The proposed model aims to reduce costs while increasing the level of efficiency and customer satisfaction. To solve the proposed model, some meta-heuristic algorithms and hybrid ones are implemented by setting the parameters using Taguchi method. The study results suggested a 17% increase in the profit for the furniture industry.</p>
