<p>After the COVID-19 pandemic, the necessity to improve the performance of healthcare systems has dramatically increased. Also, healthcare systems will play a critical role in future pandemics (e.g., avian flu, swine flu) by facilitating rapid response mechanisms, ensuring equitable distribution of resources, and implementing effective public health strategies. In this regard, the serum supply chain (SC) is one of the critically essential parts of healthcare systems. Therefore, this research aims to propose a multi-objective supply chain model for the serum supply chain considering the dimensions of responsiveness, resiliency, and sustainability. Also, since significant fluctuations have been observed in the demand of serum during the Coronavirus pandemic, the demand parameter is considered uncertain and a robust optimization approach (ROA) is applied to address it. In addition, to demonstrate the application of the suggested model, a real case study of serum in Iran has been examined. Then, to tackle the proposed multi-objective model, the multi-choice goal programming with utility function approach has been used. Next, various sensitivity analyses are presented to examine the role of key parameters of the research problem. Finally, the interaction between the considered aspects, including sustainability, resiliency, and responsiveness, is investigated. The obtained results can help supply chain managers, especially those in healthcare supply chains, understand the role of sustainability, resiliency, and responsiveness in their businesses and enhance the efficiency of their supply chains.</p>
