<p>Bidding strategies are crucial since many organizations acquire significant business through competitive tendering. Social development and ecological harm should be the responsibility of organizations involved in the environmental resource&#xa0;utilization. Various resources can be used to produce a product, such as electricity. Among them, each generation source can have variable benefits and cons. Consequently, market firms often desire to acquire the most profitable source due to the diverse nature of sources. It increases the monopolistic and favouritism nature of firms during the bidding process. In context, environmental resource policies and bidding strategies should focus on establishing equitable utilization. This study aims to facilitate equitable resource distribution to each firm rather than assigning a complete resource to a single firm and binds firms with predetermined optimal portfolios. This restricted bidding process may ensure that private firms commit to advancing the sustainable development of each source. Instead of “a monopolistically low price and high gain”–based bidding about environmental usage for social goods, it is proposed that bidding rules and conduct standards be modified. In doing so, the study paves the way for a sustainable and equitable energy infrastructure that truly reflects the potential of all available technologies.</p> Graphical Abstract <p></p>
