Interrelationship of Sustainable Supply Chain Ambidexterity-Green Competitive Advantages in SMEs: an Integration of Fuzzy PROMETHEE-ISM-MICMAC

This study aims to investigate the interrelationship between sustainable supply chain ambidexterity and green competitive advantages in SMEs. A combination of Fuzzy PROMETHEE, Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM), and MICMAC analysis was employed to identify, rank, and assess the influence of key indicators. The methodology involved expert evaluation using a fuzzy linguistic scale, preference function calculations, and ISM-based hierarchical structuring of indicators. The findings reveal that green product market positioning and strengthening the current green market are critical drivers of green competitive advantages. Indicators such as cost-effective environmental management and green packaging practices play a significant role in strategic sustainability decisions. MICMAC analysis highlights key driving and dependent indicators, emphasizing their hierarchical influence on SMEs’ sustainable supply chain performance. The integration of Fuzzy PROMETHEE with ISM-MICMAC enhances decision-making by systematically evaluating interdependencies, providing a structured approach for SMEs to strengthen their sustainability-driven competitive advantages.
