Der Einfluss schulischer Faktoren auf die soziale Toleranz hessischer Schülerinnen und Schüler zu Beginn der Sekundarstufe I
摘要
This article examines the influence of informal school factors on social tolerance. To answer this question, a longitudinal study was conducted with students in the 5th and 6th grades. The study analyzed the relationship between school climate, discursive classroom environment, peer cohesion and tolerance. The results reveal that positive school climate and discursive classroom environment are decisive predictors of the acceptance of diversity—even when controlling for individual and family factors. The findings underscore the importance of school frameworks in promoting social tolerance during childhood and adolescence.
