Humanitarian aid is obstructed through biometric surveillance, the targeting of convoys, and repeated attacks on trusted organizations like the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA), while controversial state-aligned foundations are complicitly empowered. The destruction of water, energy, and other critical lifelines has triggered the collapse of Gaza’s food–water–energy nexus, paralyzing every mechanism of survival. Most critically, the deliberate targeting and execution of civilians while queuing for bread or approaching aid drops reveals a calculated strategy that weaponizes hunger, turning the act of seeking food into a lethal risk. Recognizing and confronting this engineered famine is therefore essential, not only for accountability under international humanitarian law, but to safeguard the universal right to food and prevent the technological reproduction of starvation in future conflicts.</p>
