<p>Although substantial research on in-company training has been conducted in recent years and numerous articles have been published, there is still a&#xa0;lack of literature reviews that structure the field of research and identify key focus areas. Therefore, this paper aims to provide information on the current state of research on in-company training in German-speaking countries over a&#xa0;five-year period (2019 to 2024). The research landscape is conceptually “mapped” based on a&#xa0;scoping review, clustering the analyzed contributions according to their thematic focus areas, target groups, as well as methodical and theoretical approaches. On the one hand, this paper attempts to provide an overview of the current state of research and research gaps within the discipline. On the other hand, it tests the methodology of scoping reviews within the context of in-company training research to critically discuss its utility and limitations in this field.</p>

摘要
