<p>This study examines the implications of global population aging on retirement standards, health security, income security, and inclusive, age-friendly policies for senior citizens. Increasing global life expectancy and burgeoning aging populations expose various vulnerabilities and challenges for older persons. G-20 countries, as part of the global framework, provide insights into shared concerns and diverse intervention responses among nations. The research aims to analyse the unique aspects of these vulnerabilities and explore the major strategies adopted by different G-20 countries to address these issues. By examining case studies of India, Japan, the United Kingdom and the United States, the study offers policy insights and recommendations to improve the welfare and social inclusion of aging populations. The analysis underscores the diverse socio-economic contexts and highlights the need for inclusive policy approaches to tackle the challenges arising from demographic shifts in an ever-aging world. </p>
