<p>In order to evaluate machine component performance in the cement industries, reliability analysis was applied to system downtime data in this study. The study was motivated by the need for a precise strategy for reducing downtime and performing preventative maintenance in the cement industries using the Reliability, Availability and Maintainability (RAM) analyses method. The expressions of reliability measures, such as availability, reliability, and mean time to failure (MTTF) analysis, were used to gauge the robustness of the system. In the current study, various subsystems including the raw mill container, grinding, pre-heating, kiln, and packing are assessed. The active unit(s) and redundant unit(s) for each subsystem has been displayed. It is abundantly clear from the conclusion section that the system operates significantly better when repaired than when replaced.</p>
