<p>The evaluation of quality management in construction engineering is crucial for ensuring that buildings meet safety, functionality, and sustainability standards. It involves systematic processes to check the adherence to codes, standards, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle—from planning and design to construction and maintenance. Such evaluations help identify areas for improvement, reduce the risk of defects, and ensure the proper use of materials and methods. Ultimately, this contributes to the longevity and safety of the structure, enhancing user satisfaction and minimizing future repair costs. The construction engineering quality management evaluation represents a significant challenge in the field of multiple-attribute group decision-making (MAGDM). Currently, the combined compromise solution (CoCoSo) method and dice similarity measure (DSM) method has been proposed to address MAGDM issues. Additionally, the concept of intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IFSs) has been introduced to capture and portray fuzzy information in the construction engineering quality management evaluation. In this study, we aim to develop an method called intuitionistic fuzzy CoCoSo in light of the DSM (IF–DSM–CoCoSo) to effectively handle MAGDM problems involving IFSs. By combining the CoCoSo method and DSM within the framework of IFSs, the IF–DSM–CoCoSo method offers a comprehensive and robust solution for conducting MAGDM in the context of construction engineering quality management evaluation. Furthermore, we conduct a numerical study to evaluate the construction engineering quality management and validate the effectiveness of the IF–DSM–CoCoSo model. By making these contributions, our study aims to advance the understanding and practice of construction engineering quality management evaluation, providing valuable insights and practical guidance for decision-makers in the field.</p>
