An Integrated Framework of FDM, FAHP and FCOPRAS for the Selection of Suppliers in Construction Industry After Coronavirus Outbreaks
摘要
Supply chain management (SCM) is crucial for organizational efficiency, especially post the global COVID-19 outbreak. This research focuses on supplier selection in the construction industry, employing an integrated methodology of the Fuzzy Delphi Method (FDM), Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP), and Fuzzy Complex Proportional Assessment (FCOPRAS). Using tailored questionnaires distributed among construction industry experts, the study aims to rank suppliers based on 13 qualitative criteria. The primary objective is to establish a robust ranking framework aiding construction company managers in post-pandemic supplier selection. In this study, a multi-criteria decision-making approach was applied to rank potential suppliers based on various evaluation factors. The analysis yielded a prioritized list of alternatives, with Alternative A1 (final weight of 0.222, 100% utility) securing the top position, followed by Alternative A4 (final weight of 0.216, 97% utility) and Alternative A5 (final weight of 0.210, 95% utility). Through the integrated FDM, FAHP, and FCOPRAS methodologies, this research offers a comprehensive evaluation approach, facilitating informed decision-making to secure the most suitable suppliers amidst the ongoing challenges of the post-COVID-19 era.
