<p>Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education (IEE) is a key strategy for China to become an innovative nation with strong human resources. It plays a crucial role in advancing higher education reforms, enhancing talent development, and fostering the holistic growth of college students. It also presents a significant opportunity for universities to advance their “Double First Class” construction initiative. In this new era, universities implementing IEE should focus on foundational education, use ideological and political education as a driving force, and integrate more ideological and political elements into IEE programs. The quality evaluation of IEE for local colleges and universities is a multiple-attribute group decision-making (MAGDM). Currently, the TODIM and EDAS technique was put forward MAGDM. The intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IFSs) are administrated to portray fuzzy data during the quality evaluation of IEE for local colleges and universities. In this work, the intuitionistic fuzzy number Logarithmic TODIM-EDAS (IFN-TODIM-EDAS) approach is put forward MAGDM with IFSs. Finally, numerical analysis for quality evaluation of IEE for local colleges and universities is demonstrated the IFN-TODIM-EDAS approach. The major research motivation is cultivated: (<InternalRef RefID="Equ1">1</InternalRef>) TODIM and EDAS approach was enhanced under IFSs; (<InternalRef RefID="Equ2">2</InternalRef>) Entropy approach is put forward weight numbers in light with score values along with IFSs; (<InternalRef RefID="Equ3">3</InternalRef>) IFN-TODIM-EDAS approach is put forward the MAGDM along with IFSs; (<InternalRef RefID="Equ4">4</InternalRef>) numerical example for quality evaluation of IEE for local colleges and universities and different comparative analysis is put forward the validity of IFN-TODIM-EDAS approach.</p>
