摘要

The increasing demand for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has reshaped business negotiations, influencing consumer trust and brand loyalty. As consumers prioritize ethical and socially responsible brands, organizations are integrating CSR into strategic communication and negotiation practices. However, the interplay between AI-driven negotiation, cultural dynamics, and CSR remains underexplored. This study investigates the role of socially responsible negotiation practices in shaping consumer perceptions, trust, and long-term brand loyalty. It introduces a conceptual model that integrates CSR principles, consumer expectations, and responsible branding, providing insights into how AI and cultural sensitivity influence negotiation outcomes. A qualitative case study approach was employed, analyzing CSR-driven negotiation strategies from six global brands—Patagonia, Ben & Jerry’s, The Body Shop, Nike, H&M, and Unilever. The study synthesizes insights from negotiation theory, branding, and AI-driven strategic communication to explore the alignment between corporate actions and consumer expectations. The findings indicate that CSR-aligned negotiation practices significantly enhance brand trust and loyalty when transparency, ethical labeling, and stakeholder engagement are prioritized. Brands that consistently integrate these elements, such as Patagonia and Ben & Jerry’s, exhibit stronger consumer loyalty, whereas brands with inconsistent CSR communication, such as H&M, struggle with credibility and trust. AI-powered negotiation tools further enhance cultural adaptability and value-driven decision-making, reinforcing CSR’s role in brand differentiation. This study provides a strategic framework for integrating socially responsible negotiation into branding practices, emphasizing AI’s potential to enhance ethical transparency and consumer alignment. The findings highlight the importance of cultural sensitivity in CSR-driven negotiations and suggest that brands prioritizing responsible branding gain a competitive edge in values-driven markets. Future research should explore quantitative methodologies and cross-cultural CSR adaptations in AI-mediated negotiations.
