Ipogonadismo acquisito negli uomini con HIV: cosa sappiamo oggi
摘要
Hypogonadism is common in men living with HIV, even at a younger age than expected. Often underdiagnosed due to nonspecific symptoms, it results from multiple factors including HIV infection, antiretroviral therapy, and related comorbidities. A thorough clinical evaluation and multidisciplinary approach are key for proper management and for considering testosterone replacement therapy when appropriate.
