<p>Several haematological diseases, such as thalassemia, multiple myeloma, and systemic mastocytosis, are recognised causes of secondary osteoporosis and impaired bone health. This review aims to provide a brief overview of the pathophysiological mechanisms and therapeutic approaches related to bone involvement in haematological diseases.</p>
