摘要

Multimodal agonists targeting GLP-1, GIP and/or glucagon receptors are emerging as innovative therapeutic options for diabesity, due to their synergistic effects on glycaemic control, weight loss and metabolic improvement. This review outlines their mechanisms of action, clinical efficacy and safety data from phase 2–3 trials, highlighting the potential of dual and triple agonists to reshape the management of obesity and type 2 diabetes.
