<p>We consider linear differential equations on the unit circle whose coefficients are Toeplitz operators with smooth symbols. Using the semiclassical approximation, we construct asymptotic solutions of the eigenvalue problem for such operators. Examples include a first-order equation with a Toeplitz operator in the free term and a Sturm–Liouville operator with a Toeplitz potential.</p>

We consider linear differential equations on the unit circle whose coefficients are Toeplitz operators with smooth symbols.
