Purpose of Review <p>This review aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of cleft lip and palate (CLP), focusing on its developmental origins, genetic and environmental factors, and the significant functional and aesthetic challenges it presents. Furthermore, it seeks to elucidate how innovative therapeutic strategies, particularly three-dimensional (3D) technologies and stem cell–based approaches, are being integrated into the established multidisciplinary management of CLP, which traditionally encompasses surgical intervention, orthodontics, speech therapy, and psychosocial support.</p> Recent Findings <p>Recent advancements in three-dimensional (3D) and digital technologies have revolutionized treatment planning and assessment. The use of 3D printing and virtual surgical planning, along with detailed anatomical models, has significantly improved surgical accuracy and patient-specific care. Additionally, stem cell research shows promising results in repairing alveolar bony defects and promoting bone regeneration in the cleft area, offering new therapeutic potential for improving long-term outcomes.</p> Summary <p>This review emphasizes the importance of an integrated, patient-centered approach to managing CLP, incorporating innovative techniques and technologies. The combination of surgical, orthodontic, and rehabilitative strategies, along with cutting-edge research in 3D modeling and stem cells, holds the potential to greatly enhance treatment outcomes and overall quality of life for individuals affected by CLP.</p>
