<p>Suicide is a leading cause of death among Autistic people, with rates significantly higher than non-autistic populations. Existing research highlights a lack of appropriate supports. This scoping reviews mapped available literature on suicide prevention interventions and supports for the Autistic community. Following Joanna Briggs Institute guidelines, electronic databases and grey literature were searched. Thirty-five papers were included, revealing a wide range of proposed strategies. However, significant barriers persist, including insufficient research, training and clinical guidance. Findings underscore an urgent need for neuro-affirmative, tailored interventions and systemic changes. Future research should prioritise rigorous, Autistic-led efforts to adapt suicide prevention approaches, acknowledging the unique presentation of suicidality in this population.&#xa0;</p>
