<p>Congenital hemangiomas (CHs) are fully developed at birth, GLUT1-negative vascular tumors that share biological features with isolated congenital hepatic hemangiomas (HHs), but CEUS patterns of superficial CHs are poorly defined. This retrospective case series qualitatively describes CEUS microvascular enhancement in superficial CHs and isolated focal HHs to explore cross-site perfusion similarities. Six children were included: four superficial CHs (right lower limb RICH, left cheek, abdomen, chest) and two isolated HHs (segment VI), studied with LOGIQ E10 and sulfur hexafluoride microbubbles using low mechanical index imaging. All lesions showed early peripheral or centripetal enhancement (6–14&#xa0;s), progressive globular filling (complete by 70–150&#xa0;s), and late-phase (&gt; 270&#xa0;s) signal reduction; in superficial lesions, late decrease could not be defined as washout. Superficial CHs and isolated HHs demonstrated qualitatively comparable CEUS dynamics, suggesting a potential role of CEUS in non-invasive characterization of congenital vascular tumors.</p>
