<p>This article, a model predictive controller for continuous singular markovian jump time-delay systems is designed. The inputs to the system satisfy the norm-bounded, we first construct time-delay-dependent a Lyapunov function. Then, by combining the idea and theory of MPC and using the LMI tools, the infinite time domain "min-max" optimization problems are transformed into convex optimization frameworks, which enables the derivation of sufficient conditions for the existence of a model predictive controller in the systems under consideration. The proposed control scheme guarantees stability for the closed-loop system, while also guaranteeing its regularity and impulse-free of impulses. Finally, the practicality and efficacy of the proposed control algorithm were validated using a numerical simulation.</p>
