Spatio temporal model of the growth of pseudomonas putida IsoF bacteria and its pattern formation
摘要
Experimental studies do not explain the overall phenomena of complete dynamics of cell-to-cell communication due to its limitations of resources for doing experiments. Mathematical modeling can explore bacterial communication and concentrations levels using quorum sensing. Here, we explored the possibilities of dynamics of regulation of lactonase governed by quorum sensing over a continuous culture of Pseudomonas Putida IsoF bacteria. We did the fine tuning of parameters and explored the dynamics of N-acylhomoserine lactone through the mathematical modeling approach. The patterns of different concentrations are observed for the different applications and its control in case of emergency.
