<p>This article addresses the interesting and little-discussed topic of the annulment of the CAS arbitration award. In this sense, we examine the concept of CAS arbitration award. Next, we analyze the various aspects related to the annulment action of the CAS arbitration award. Such as the court of competent jurisdiction, the types of challengeable awards, the filing period, the annulment effects and the various grounds for annulment. Finally, we address the issue of waiving the annulment action.</p>
