On vertical ordinal sums of fuzzy implications
摘要
In order to obtain more interesting natural negations of fuzzy implications, De Lima et al. introduced the left ordinal sum of fuzzy implications. Inspired by this idea, the purpose of this paper is to seek new construction methods of ordinal sum implications, so that the values of generated ordinal sums of fuzzy implications are determined by the first variable. In this paper, we propose two construction methods through an adequate scaling on the first variables of the given fuzzy implications. The fuzzy implications, called vertical ordinal sum of fuzzy implications and deformed vertical ordinal sum of fuzzy implications, are studied in depth, with a focus on their basic properties. Moreover, we give the characterization of any ordinal sum of fuzzy implications satisfying the property that its natural negation has an ordinal sum representation.
