<p>Eggshells are one of the waste materials that are most commonly found. In order to reduce environmental hazards, Egg Shell (ES), an industrially potentially risky waste, can serve as a replacement for inorganic calcium carbonate as both a filling material and a biofilling agent for composite materials. ES have served as a strengthened filler in composite materials to improve material characteristics and encourage sustainable methods. These eggshells, which mainly consist of calcium carbonate, are processed and refined to improve their compatibility with polymer and metal matrices. The thermo-mechanical properties of the composites are tested through tests viz tensile strength, impact resistance as well as durability assessments. The study found that the incorporation of eggshells can considerably improve the properties of composite materials, opening avenue for recycling of waste and reducing environmental impact associated with traditional construction and manufacturing materials. Future development could be done based on the study concerning the use of waste materials to improve material performances and reduce reliance on traditional resources. This paper offers a summary of how ES affects overall quality of&#xa0;aluminium metal matrix Composites along with other composites.</p>
