<p>This paper combined accounting with blockchain technology and applied them to the procurement processes of catering enterprises. A simulation experiment was conducted to evaluate the uploading function, security, and system efficiency of the accounting processes of the procurement of catering enterprises when combined with blockchain technology. The results showed that the financial information generated throughout the entire procurement process could be securely stored on the chain, effectively resisting tampering by third-party attackers. Although an increase in the number of orders led to a rise in system throughput, the throughput eventually stabilized, while the time consumption continued to increase.</p>
